Parking and Transportation Services Help (External)

The Parking and Transportation Services help request form is available for issues with parking contracts, public parking, campus buses and transit passes, walk, bike, scooter, shared services, and other related issues.

If you are experiencing an urgent issue and/or are in a Parking Facility, please call 612-626-7275 or press the help button on the parking station at the entrance/exit. 

For emergencies or urgent safety concerns, dial 911.
